La course individuelle est ouverte à tous, à partir de 16 ans ou personnes nées en 2009 inclus et jusqu’à 99 ans (1926)

Le départ est donné le dimanche 20 avril à 8h15. Il aura lieu à l’Anse des Pins au Mourillon (Toulon), au pied du Centre Sportif Municipal des Plages (CSMP).

Temps limite : 2h30. Autorisation parentale obligatoire pour les mineurs.

Tarif : 35€   5€ de Pass compétition pour les non-licenciés.

Distances : natation 750 m, vélo 23,7 km et course à pied 4,91 km
